To ensure you continue to receive the best possible protection and value, here is a quick note on how our schedule and pricing work:
🛡️ Understanding Your Routine Service Options
I offer three routine maintenance schedules designed to create a continuous, proactive barrier against pests. Sticking to these helps me keep costs low for everyone:
• Quarterly (Every 90 Days): $105
• This is the recommended minimum to maintain a barrier.
• Bimonthly (Every 60 Days): $80
• Consistent defense, ideal for maintaining a strong barrier in moderate pest conditions.
• Monthly: $50
• VIP & Mosquito Protection: This schedule is best for comprehensive mosquito, flea, and tick protection, which requires treating the grass and foliage. By continuously treating your foundation and spot-treating eaves every month, I ensure VIP protection (no spiders, no wasps, nothing). This constant re-application is vital because sunlight and rain break down products, and this level of defense ensures zero interior pest issues.
Note: Interior treatment is always included and provided only as needed when you see active pests inside.
⚠️ Important Note on Non-Routine Service (Outside 90 Days)
The low routine prices above rely on my schedule being optimized (like a neighborhood grass-cutting route).
• When treatment is requested more than 90 days after your last service, it is considered an On-Demand, Non-Routine appointment.
• Pest Increase: The longer gap allows pests to invade, reproduce, and grow in numbers, requiring more product and a significantly more intensive treatment.
• Travel Cost: The service requires a dedicated, extra trip, increasing fuel and travel time outside of my pre-planned schedule—which means taking a loss on fuel and time.
For this reason, non-routine services requested after 90 days have a one-time cost of $150.
Even at this rate, $150 is still less than what many competitors charge for their standard, regular quarterly price! This special pricing reflects the extra time and product needed to restore your barrier while still keeping costs far below the competition.

• You Control Payment: I never take your payment information upfront. I offer flexible, pay-per-spray scheduling, and I will never show up or charge your card without your confirmed response—unlike many large companies.
